Also on this floor, there’s a cloakroom and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Both the living area and the bar open onto two wooden terraces featuring luxurious lounge sets from the prestigious Gescova brand.
At the rear of this level, there’s a bedroom with a double bed, shower, and washbasin.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The beautiful, partially covered terrace offers stunning views of the dunes and the sea, and is furnished with high-quality Gescova outdoor furniture.
Downstairs, there’s one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
There’s also a bedroom with two single beds, a shower, and a washbasin.
